General Provisions

1.1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the terms and conditions for the provision of services by the website "kriptobet.casino", hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer", and is addressed to the individual wishing to receive services from the mentioned website (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").

1.2. The Organizer and the Participant acknowledge the procedure and form of concluding this Agreement as legally binding as an agreement made in writing.

Terms and Definitions

2.3. The Participant assumes the risk of adverse consequences resulting from disclosing this data.

3.1.2.15. Be personally responsible for conducting their financial transactions. The Organizer is not responsible for financial transactions between players regarding the transfer of game inventory and currency.

3.1.2.16. Notify the Organizer in writing through the "Support" page about any claims or complaints.

3.1.2.17. Regularly check the game's news and changes to this Agreement and game rules.

Organizer's Rights and Obligations

4.1.2.5. Partially or completely interrupt services without prior notice during reconstruction, repair, and maintenance works on the platform.

4.1.2.6. The Organizer is not responsible for the incorrect functioning of the game software. The Participant uses the software "AS IS." If the Organizer determines that there was a malfunction (error) during the game, the results during the incorrect operation may be annulled or adjusted at the Organizer's discretion. The Participant agrees not to dispute the quality, quantity, order, and timing of the provided game opportunities and services.

Warranties and Liability

5.1. The Organizer does not guarantee constant and uninterrupted access to the gaming platform and its services in case of technical issues and/or unforeseen circumstances, including the malfunction or failure of internet providers, information servers, banking and payment systems, as well as third-party illegal actions. The Organizer will make every effort to prevent disruptions but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions, regardless of their cause.

5.2. The Participant fully agrees that the Organizer cannot be held liable for the Participant's losses resulting from third-party illegal actions aimed at violating the security of the game’s electronic equipment and databases, or due to independent interruptions, suspension, or termination of communication channels and networks used for interaction with the Participant, as well as unlawful or unreasonable actions of payment systems and third parties.

5.3. The Organizer is not responsible for losses incurred due to the use or non-use of information about the Game, game rules, and the Game itself, nor for losses or other damage arising from the Participant's unqualified actions, ignorance of game rules, or calculation errors.

5.5. The Organizer is not responsible for the actions of other participants.

5.9. The Participant has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement without retaining the game account. In this case, all expenses related to participation in the game are not compensated or refunded.

5.10. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and take other actions restricting game opportunities for the Participant or group of Participants involved in violations of the terms of this Agreement. In this case, all game attributes, game inventory (kriptobet.casino) on the account and game balance of the Participant or group of Participants, as well as all expenses, are not subject to return or compensation, unless the Organizer at its discretion considers it appropriate to compensate the Participant's or group's expenses.

5.11. Other Provisions

7.1. The invalidity of a part or clause (subclause) of this Agreement does not entail the invalidity of all other parts and clauses (subclauses).

7.2. The duration of this Agreement is established for the entire period of operation of the gaming platform, i.e., indefinitely, and does not imply the end date of this Agreement.

7.3. By registering and being on the gaming platform, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accept the terms of this Agreement, as well as the game rules and other official documents.
